Concerns about the proposed redevelopment of the famous Bay Hotel, formally the Hudleston Arms, have been raised by Cullercoats residents. It is understood that this development will require the demolitian of this historic landmark. The Evening Chronicle has printed a story on the links with the American painter, Winslow Homer.
